It is with regret that we must inform you that we have temporarily suspended the sale of our ART 33, ART 33SV, and ART 33MBSP with immediate effect due to the pending expiry of its TMV2 and TMV3 approvals.
These products are in the process of being re-tested and have been for some time, however, the testing facility (NSF) is still working on a backlog that was initially caused by COVID and has not yet managed to catch up, meaning that the testing is taking far longer than usual.
This issue has widely affected the market, and Albion, like many others, has been granted TMV2 and TMV3 extensions. However, our extensions are due to end on Tuesday 19th March 2024, but as our testing has not yet concluded, we have no choice but to remove these products from sale during this interim period.
Please be assured that these products will be available again as soon as testing has been concluded and new certification has been issued to us.
We appreciate this decision may be an inconvenience for you, and for that, we apologise. However, as a responsible Supply Chain Partner, we have made this decision prior to the elapse of the extension to maintain our reputation of only supplying good quality, approved products this will not only keep the public safe but also protect your reputation amongst your customers too.
